Smudge Stick – White Sage 22.5 cm

White Sage is used to cleanse spaces removing old energies.

It is also used to cleanse the aura of a person to prepare for ceremony or spiritual work. Usually burnt to create a cleansing smoke (smudge). It can also be used to cleanse and heal when drank as a tea. White Sage is also used for cleansing objects for use in ceremony or when calling or looking inward for higher guidance.

Our large Smudge sticks are sourced from California, where they are cultivated ethically, saving wild sage from destruction.

Although it is not as efficient to use as our loose sage, bundled sage offers both a traditional way of carrying and using sage, supplied in a seal bag for freshness and portability.
